General Information:
- We request carrying an individual government photo ID, i.e., a driving license, voter’s ID, or passport, for valid residence proof at the time of check-in (a PAN card is not acceptable).
- Hotel Check-in and Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in before 06:00am will be with full day charges and after 06:00am till 10:00am will be charged at INR 2000+Taxes (subject to availability).
- Late Check-out till 14:00hrs will be without charges (subject to availability) and from 14:01hrs will be with full day charges.
- Amenities other than that is kept in the room will be provided on guest request without charges.
Payment Policy:
- 100% Payment in advance is required to confirm the reservation.
- You can pay for extras like a minibar, tea or coffee snacks, and in-room dining, laundry at the time of check out.
Cancellation Policy/No Show:
- In case of group reservations the hotel has to be intimated 7 days prior to arrival date, failing one night retention would be charged for the actual number of rooms booked.
