Travel Grant Guidelines

Home | Travel Grant
The travel grants for the WAMS 2025 will be provided to needy full-time students/research scholars. Sleeper Class train/bus fare will be reimbursed to the selected students upon submission of the travel ticket and student ID card at the time of registration. It is expected that the selected students should become the IEEE Student Members (if they are not already members).

| Criteria For The Award Of Travel Grant

The Travel Grant to WAMS – 2025 will be awarded based on the following criteria:

  • Submission of at least one paper by the applicant
  • Quality of the paper
  • In time submission of the Travel Grant Form with all details.

Preference will be given to the IEEE members.

Students selected for the Ph.D. student initiative are also
eligible for the travel grant. They can also submit the travel
grant form.
