Please carefully follow the poster guidelines to ensure your participation is smooth and your poster is eligible for awards. All presenters are responsible for adhering to the instructions below.

Poster Size: ISO A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)

Poster Format:

• Poster materials must be legible from a distance of two meters.
• Download the official poster template (.pptx) from the WAMS website.
• Text font size: 32 pt
• Headings font size: 40 pt
• Figure captions: minimum 26 pt
• Mention your Paper ID at the bottom left corner of your poster.

Poster Mounting: Mounting accessories will be provided. Please bring a printed version of your poster.

Schedule:

• Session 1: 6th June, 2025 from 04:30 PM to 06:30 PM
• Session 2: 7th June, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Poster Check-in: All presenting authors must check in at the poster registration desk before their session time.

• Location: First-floor lobby, Academics Block
• Desk opens 30 minutes before each session
• Important: Posters not checked in will be recorded as not presented and will be ineligible for poster awards.
